Given the curfews from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. which are extended by 30 days and the closure of the bars, the Government has reopened with effect from tonight the counties of Nairobi, Mombasa and Mandera, allowing travel and holidays for Kenyans.
However, the President has asked his fellow citizens to limit movements as much as possible.
