Kilifi County, new capital of tourism business

World Bank Group bets on Malindi and its interior

05-10-2016 by redazione

A survey of the World Bank Group, an organization of the World Bank's research, published in doingbusiness.org site, the County of Kilifi is reported as one of the most attractive future destinations for the so-called "Business Tourism", ie those places that are not only attractive from the point of view of investments, but also to be considered for the quality of life for those who plan to open a profitable business.
Obviously we are talking about possible investors are not strictly related to tourism, a sector that now not the same guarantees in Kenya commerce, manufacturing and infrastructure. Even Malindi, less and less suited to the "mass tourism", is slowly raising with investors from around the world that open business-related agriculture, handicrafts, fishing and processing of ecological materials. And 'the case of a Scandinavian company that recently opened a company for processing of palm leaves, or coconut oil recovery. In many look to the County of Kilifi and not by chance are rushing the time to finalize the international airport, which within its project includes a shopping center with meeting center and hotel suitable for business men.
