The villa has three bedrooms with two queen four poster beds per room, all three with private bathroom and air conditioning with split.
The common areas include a large veranda and a double living room, as well as a spacious and well organized kitchen.
Upstairs, under the cool makuti roof, extends for the same size of the villa a large covered living room, with the possibility to use it also as a massage and wellness room.
The villa also has an outdoor bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine. 
Buffalo House guests can choose the b&b formula or use the resident chef for a supplement to their stay. The chef will do the shopping and prepare what guests will like. As staff, Buffalo House also provides a houseboy and security.
