It was an opportunity to learn about the work of the Rotary Club of Malindi and Rotaract, and at the same time meet the new president-elect and members of the solidarity association that for many years has been taking care of situations related to the environment and the needs of vulnerable people in the Malindi district.
The event takes place this evening, Saturday, July 2, starting at 6 p.m. in the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant and boutique hotel "La Malindina" in Malindi, whose host Aldo Menduni since his arrival in Kenya 20 years ago has always shown himself to be sensitive to social and solidarity issues.
During the evening, which includes a buffet dinner with also vegetarian options (Kes. 1,700 for adults and Kes. 750 for children under 12, excluding drinks), there will be room not only for presentations by the new Rotary chairman Eric Mwashigadi and Rotaract chairman Erick Weje, but also for a raffle, the proceeds of which will obviously be donated to one of the association's charities.
