Tomorrow, Saturday 9 January, is the big day for the re-opening of Rosada Beach.
The historic bar-restaurant with beach service on the Silversand coast in Malindi reopens its doors with the desire to amaze, while maintaining continuity.
The ownership remains the same, but there are changes in the management and in the care of the offer, starting from the restaurant which will be more accurate and "targeted", with daily dishes that will take into account the fresh catch and the needs of customers, with pizza cooked in a wood oven, as well as the kitchen, open at all hours until late afternoon.
Rosada Beach will open every morning at around 9.30am and will also offer breakfast, with fresh pastries and croissants, Italian coffee and cappuccino. Then the chiringuito by the sea will be available for those who want to enjoy a day by the sea without having to have lunch, with smoothies, centrifuges, ice creams, drinks and cocktails. In the classic atmosphere of this elegant club, which has been a point of reference for relaxation and fun in Malindsian society for twenty years, there will be a regular appointment on Mondays which, due to the restrictions and curfew still in force, will offer the music of DJ Delph from 5 pm to 9 am, promising rhythm and the pleasure of being together while respecting covid-19 protocols.
There will also be other novelties, with Fridays dedicated to live music and sunset aperitifs.
As already announced a few days ago, Rosada Beach is keeping the level of offer and service high, waiting from Saturday morning and offering a welcome drink to those who want to rediscover the pleasure of living on the beach, the Indian ocean breeze under the palm trees and the goodness of its gastronomic proposals.
