Beach or Town, the Osteria during the weekend of Ferragosto and for the rest of the month is full of life, initiatives and opportunities for its guests.
In compliance with the measures to contain and prevent the Covid-19 virus, the two restaurants in Malindi are in full swing, from 8 am to 7 pm in Town and from 10 am to 7 pm in the Beach (Osteria Town also accepts orders until 8 pm with the delivery service).
The Osteria Beach has set up its relaxation loungers by the sea (free for those who have lunch, Kes. 300 for those who want just the lounger) and through an agreement with the local authorities, its customers can walk on the beach and even swim. From this weekend, moreover, the Osteria Beach space on the beach of Silversand comes alive with the "August Sales": every Saturday and Sunday a different boutique in Malindi will offer its clothes at special prices. It starts on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August with Miradi Studio Boutique by Simonetta Schiantarelli. Always present instead the creations of costume jewelry and gifts by Ben and those of accessories, bags and other prestigious brand Ali Lamu, also with discounts in August. Space also to art with a mini-personal of the artist Gian Paolo Tomasi.
Osteria Beach does not forget the gastronomic side: the rules of the pandemic emergency do not provide self-service buffets, so every Sunday the classic meeting on the sea will be based on wok with fish and meat sautéed at the time and special dishes and tastings, to spend as always the day in joy and serenity.
In the Town restaurant, with the convenience of the new paved road, the certainty is represented by the historic and comprehensive Osteria menu, as well as ice cream and pastries. The novelties are the total sea view thanks to the restyling of the existing promenade and a new exhibition of paintings by African artists in the dining room.
