Music for all tastes at the weekend of Matteo's Lounge & Events, Karen's restaurant, which has expanded its entertainment offer with a dedicated space where different kinds of evenings can be organised.
In this case, this week, Friday is dedicated to the sounds of American country music, with a deejay who, starting at 8 p.m. throughout the evening, proposes a bridge between Nairobi and Nashville in the 'county club' atmosphere of Karen's great venue.
It's repeated on Saturday night with an evening where dancing can take over and the lounge on Ngong Road can be transformed into a 1970s dancefloor, with 'Saturday Night Fever'. Dine, dive into the music or even come after dinner for drinks until 1am.
Pleasant musical backdrops in an Italian venue that is now recognised as a reference point for those who enjoy Italian dishes, good pizza (try the amazing 'pugliese') and fine meats from the Kenyan highlands.
