Tamu Beach Restaurant offers its New Year's Eve vigil with a truly comprehensive menu that includes octopus carpaccio, sliced beef in tuna sauce, fish terrine in cocktail sauce, avocado and shrimp, fresh oysters. To continue with asparagus velvet, homemade lobster pasta, lasagne and marinated lobsters and prawns, chateaubriand fillet, pork shank in pineapple sauce and a wide variety of side dishes. Gran dinale with cotechino and lentils, and to celebrate, after fresh fruit and small homemade pastries, panettone and pandoro. Price, Kes. 6000 with water and a glass of wine each, plus toast.
During the evening the maasai will cheer those present during the aperitif offered by the pool and after dinner there will be the traditional end-of-year bingo, the acrobats' show and the disco.
