From tomorrow, Wednesday 3 August, the seaside restaurant at the Mariposa Residence reopens.
The restaurant, which enjoys a privileged position on the shores of the Indian Ocean, not far from the Malindi seafront and the residential area of Casuarina, was one of last season's successful novelties, attracting a strong Italian and international clientele thanks to the panorama, the attentive service, and the excellent gastronomic proposal.
The Mariposa Restaurant offers predominantly Italian cuisine, with many fragrant fish specialities in the dishes, strictly fresh as the terrace bar overlooks the white Silversand beach, as well as fresh homemade pastas, main courses of meat, tasty salads and the ever-present excellent pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.
Hospitality, family management and good food are the restaurant's trump cards in addition to the beautiful view, tranquillity and the services and amenities offered to customers including free wifi.
The beach bar on the terrace, with sun loungers available for a fee, is the ideal place to enjoy an alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail or a fresh fruit juice accompanied by a special menu with snacks, sandwiches and a variety of ice cream flavours.
The Mariposa Beach Bar & Restaurant is open every day, except Tuesdays, from 9 a.m. with the possibility of breakfast with homemade pastries and Italian espresso coffee, until 10 p.m. with kitchen service always open from 12 noon.
