Chef Remo at MET, new beach restaurant at Marine Parl

A dream place like the Met Resort, overlooking one of the last bays of the Malindi Marine Park, in one of the quietest and most exclusive areas of Malindi (not by chance just a stone's throw from the Billionaire) only needed the creative and professional hand of an Italian chef.
And so it was that Remo Briziarelli, one of the historical figures in the catering and hospitality industry of the tourist destination, who for the last twenty years has given his mark to many activities, both as a "startupper" and as an organizer, as in the case of the bar-restaurant at the Malindi airport, was there to welcome clients.
Chef Remo's new bet is a small jewel that has recently opened its doors, with only four bedrooms, spacious and bright, furnished with taste and simplicity, each with a private bathroom and a bar restaurant with a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the ocean.
Also in this magical cavern on the shore of the Indian Ocean, the Italian professional has combined his experience with passion and imagination, elaborating a varied and original menu, with great attention to the international and local clientele.
There is no shortage of classic Italian dishes including fresh homemade pasta as well as bread and all the pastries and very soon pizza.
For those who wish to have lunch at the Met's restaurant, the sunbed service is included in the price and you can decide to spend the whole day in a relaxing place, in an exclusive situation with an excellent and dedicated service where the customer is pampered with small courtesies such as the five o'clock tea with home made cookies.
The terrace overlooking the sea, with private access to the beach, is also ideal for private parties or events where you can take advantage of a personalized catering service by deciding the menu directly with the expert and always available Chef Remo.
