20-04-2017 by redazione

A scary incident involved a modern Coast bus, a truck and a tuk-tuk last night near Malindi airport.
The collision seems to have been caused by the excessive imprudence of the lorry driver, who parked in the middle of the road without lights on.
The unmanned lorry driver escaped from the cabin immediately after the impact and is still wanted, the bus driver died on the spot, the tuk-tuk driver was hospitalized at Malindi Hospital in very bad conditions, as did two other passengers, while a small boy Twelve years left stuck for two hours in the bus plates before the rescuers managed to pull it out alive, but in severe conditions.
Other less serious injuries were transported to various clinics for the treatment of the case, while the traffic was blocked for hours also because of the huge crowd who poured into the road for curiosity.
This morning traffic has also slowed down. The bus is still in the middle of the road.
