Let's explain better: the site evisa.go.ke is not considered secure according to the latest European regulations on online payments. In this case, the only thing to do is to call your bank, explain what happened and get your credit card unblocked. The card will not be unblocked for all sites, so it will not become vulnerable to possible fraud, but the Kenyan site will be moved to the White List of http addresses considered reliable for online transactions.

For those who want to avoid these little stresses, the only method is to turn to an agency specialized in visas, paying a natural and not exorbitant commission. As recommended above, do not access online sites that promise visas, only the Kenyan one is valid, the others are scam sites.
