A free Italian 'perfect dinner' in Nairobi

Movie screening by the Italian Cultural Institute

08-02-2024 by redazione

Oh no, this time it is not one of those invitation-only events where someone always crashes. La Cena Perfetta (The Perfect Dinner) is the next film presented in the cinema hall of Nairobi's Unseen venue by the Italian Cultural Institute.
After the success in terms of attendance and enjoyment of 'C'è sempre domani', tomorrow evening, Friday 9 February, at 5pm, Davide Minnella's Italian comedy starring Greta Scarano and Salvatore Esposito is presented.
Here is the plot in brief: Carmine, a good-hearted camorrista who runs a restaurant to launder dirty money, finds himself working with Consuelo, a chef in search of culinary perfection. The love of food and the dream of winning a Michelin star will give them both a second chance and an opportunity for redemption.
All in a story that blends action, comedy, suspense and a dash of romance.
The screening will be in Italian with English subtitles.
Admission is free while places are available. Unseen is located in Wood Avenue Plaza, Kilimani.
