New Year's Eve dinner by the Indian Ocean followed by the most innovative of beach parties is what Rosada in Malindi is offering. The restaurant proposes a gala evening that begins with a series of starters, including Rosada's famous ‘fritters’, fried tuna tartare, squid salad and prawn and avocado salad. There are two first course proposals, with prawn and courgette ravioli, and New Year's Eve grand lasagna.
