A New Year's Eve dinner on the shore of the Indian Ocean with the atmosphere of the new Rosada, followed by a beach party that replicates the historic Monday's one on December 31. This is the juicy program of the restaurant and beach of Casuarina.
For the gala dinner we start with a welcome flute and away with Tuscan croutons, fried polenta with snails, artichokes trifoliated with mint. The first courses are based on ravioli: grouper ravioli with tomato and those stuffed with ricotta and spinach with butter and sage. Turkey with tuna sauce is the protagonist of the second courses which also include grilled prawns, lobster, squid and fish fillet with various side dishes. To toast the new year, panettone pandoro and a bottle of prosecco every four people. After midnight, the classic cotechino with lentils. Price, Kes. 8000 (excluding drinks).
