The weeks of the new year pass by and the appointments to dance and sip on the Indian Ocean shore are more and more Rosada Beach.
After the umpteenth Friday full of fun with lots of people, even from Nairobi, who at sunset throw themselves into the disciplined movida and drinks at the chiringuito, with maybe a good pizza, a new month begins with the first appointment even richer.
In fact, the historical appointment at the Casuarina seaside club is still on Mondays, where dancing starts at 5 pm, with time restrictions due to the curfew, so music and drinks from the afternoon to 9 pm.
Given the provisions of the Covid-19 emergency, in fact, it is not yet possible to fully reactivate the very popular Monday night beach party and not even the Friday encore, which in the past seasons attracted a large audience.
This year it's all about social distances and even Friday has a response now almost equal to that of the historic evening. A sign that international tourists and Kenyans, as well as Malindian residents, want to have fun and are prepared to change their habits.
The appointment is therefore for Monday 15 March, from 5 to 9 p.m., with the music of DJ Delph and an increasingly "end of curfew" atmosphere (hopefully). From 5 to 6 p.m., moreover, every drink will be 20% off and there will be non-stop pizza for everyone.
