The historic Monday beach party at Rosada in Malindi, which has never before this season recorded flattering numbers and entertained hundreds of tourists and residents, is this week observing a 'turn of rest', as one would say for board games or sports champions.
In reality, as well as a physiological moment of rest, for a week the venue, which is also a restaurant, bar and organised beach, open every day from morning to evening and which on Mondays is always open for dinner, prefers to "redo its make-up" in anticipation of the last fires of the season, which will take place during the Easter holidays, with the beach parties on Friday and Easter Monday, before closing for the season on a date to be announced later by the management.
