This weekend the hotel restaurant La Malindina offers this type of African cuisine which is a mixture of traditions of various ethnic and cultural groups. 
La Malindina on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August enters the atmosphere of Addis Ababa and the Ethiopian highlands, between taste music and culture of the country bordering Kenya, bringing these evocations in the tables by the pool and under the majestic makuti of its tropical garden.
Each dish is served, as tradition dictates, with injera, a homemade bread made with different types of flour (including cereals, sorghum, wheat).
