In the temple of gastronomy of our house, full of import specialties and fresh arrivals every week, Saturday evening is the feast of the "calamarata", one of the most celebrated dishes of the restaurant with attached tennis club.
The classic "entrée" based on fresh oysters of Kilifi is the right appetizer (ideal to accompany it from the prosecco of Valdobbiadene of the house, the excellent Pederiva) and then the lion's side on Saturday evening is the first dish based on pasta, squid, olives and spicy sauce, prepared by chef Salvatore.
But there are many other things to choose from at the Olimpia Club: depending on the period, you can ask for real clams, mussels, buffalo mozzarella, Roman pecorino cheese, cold cuts, porcini mushrooms, sausages and pork, even homemade bread and many other surprises and novelties. 
All strictly Italian arriving weekly with the plane, in addition to fresh fish and crustaceans from the Indian Ocean.
