The new management of the Olimpia Club in Malindi is preparing a season full of events, offers, and sharing in its renovated premises on Silversand beach.
After opening its doors last week and presenting some great and tasty new additions to its cuisine and pastry department, from this Sunday the Olimpia is offering three different but equally appealing weekly events.
It all kicks off on Sunday, August 3, with one of the events that is set to become a Malindi Sunday staple: brunch from 12:30 p.m. with a rich buffet of Italian and Kenyan specialties and a special dessert cart for true gourmets and connoisseurs. Those who want to spend the day at Olimpia and have lunch will enjoy free beach bed service.
The price for everything is KES 2,200 (excluding drinks).

The second weekly event is the highlight of the evening, continuing in the same vein as the restaurant, namely the classic Wednesday evening beach party, with DJ Alipappi at the console and the usual atmosphere of involvement and escapism, but also of safety and serenity just a stone's throw from the Indian Ocean. The party starts at 10 p.m. and goes on until 2 a.m., with a sweet midnight treat of fried doughnuts, one of the house specialties.

Another different but equally enjoyable happening is the Friday aperidinner, much more than an aperitif, but rather a real dinner starting at 7:30 p.m., with lots of tasty appetizers and even full dishes to enjoy at will. The price, including the first drink, is KES 2,500.
With three events like this every week, the Olimpia Club promises to become one of Malindi's landmarks, where you can feel at home and enjoy yourself with friends and new acquaintances in a welcoming setting on the picturesque Casuarina beach in Malindi.
