INITIATIVE

Online Italian courses, an opportunity for Kenyans

The Italian Cultural Institute of Nairobi takes them up again

02-02-2023 by redazione

Italians in Kenya, entrepreneurs in any sector or property owners spending a few months in this country, if you want one of your employees, a boy or a girl from home, a person you have decided to help or someone who could benefit from learning Italian, can study it easily and profitably, staying quietly where they live or work, all it takes is a computer or even a tablet (even a cell phone...) and a few hours a week. In fact, the Italian Cultural Institute in Nairobi is resuming online Italian language courses open to all, starting Monday, Feb. 6. The cost of the courses lasting about three months are very affordable and the teachers obviously qualified. Kenyan citizens themselves, who already have a smattering of our language and want to improve themselves so that they can then get to have certificates and find work more easily, can enroll.
Enrollments are accepted by Feb. 10; all course information, enrollment form and more can be found at https://iicnairobi.esteri.it/iic_nairobi/it/imparare_italiano/italian-language-beginner-course_0.html
The beginners' course (A1 level) will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 14, and end on April 4, on a three-week schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 2 to 4 p.m.
The second level (A2) is structured in two parts: the first will start on Monday, Feb. 6 on the following days and times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
All language courses will be activated with a minimum of 6 enrollment, the other levels are available only upon reaching the minimum number of enrollment.
