Shala Heart, the wellness and experiential events space in Malindi reopened its doors last Thursday for a multi-sensory, emotional and cognitive happening.
A session of Gong Therapy and Cristal Bowls began with a short meditation and an introduction of preparatory breathing exercises in a magical and unique environment such as the temple of Shala Heart, predisposed to this kind of experience in which you reach a state of emotional and energetic lightness of mind that benefits the whole body.
The sound massage and gong vibrations not only have a soothing and transformative effect on the inner level but also have obvious benefits that can lead to the emergence and dissolution of physical problems, especially if the experience is repeated several times in a sort of temporal path.
For this reason, Shala Heart proposes two appointments also this week, Thursday and Friday, for a limited number of people (maximum 10 per event), to allow anyone who feels ready and willing to undertake this path to immerse themselves in the sound and harmonic vibrations of gongs and crystal vases.

Shala Heart proposes a series of different activities that are absolutely experiential, including mindfulness or conscious meditation, watage, a particular water therapy, various types of massage, including foot reflexology and Thai ayurveda massage, as well as yoga, for which there is already a session every Thursday at 17.30.
There are many new activities that will soon be available, such as Stick workout lessons to shape your body by dancing, starting next week, and tennis lessons soon.
