Passengers with recovered pass allowed to come to Kenya

Kenyan Embassy in Italy released a communique

02-03-2022 by redazione

In the aftermath of the reopening of incoming and outgoing tourism between Italy and Kenya, comes also the official communication of the Embassy of Kenya in Rome regarding those who do not have the double vaccination, which is part of the mandatory documentation to be presented in paper at airport check-in to be sure to travel and that is uploaded on the portal globalhaven.org so that it can be verified, together with the QR code of the PCR swab, in order to enter Kenya.
The issue suspended was precisely that of those in Italy who are in possession of the Green Pass from healing, that is, has not made vaccinations. This writes the Kenyan Embassy: "Travelers who have recovered from an active COVID-19 infection in the previous 90 days are required to provide a letter from a recognized physician showing that the person may have recovered from an active infection in the previous 90 days."
Of course, the letter must be translated into English. We recommend that everyone print out everything to submit it, but especially print out our attachment of the Embassy communiqué to show upon arrival in Kenya to anyone who may raise any concerns.
