Friday it0s mijikenda night at Tamu beach

Dinner and music with the local jazz band

28-02-2020 by redazione

Friday at Tamu Beach is dedicated to Mijikenda music, with the most important local band that translates in a jazz spirit the traditional songs of the coastal ethnicity and composes songs and ballads that tell stories of the people of Malindi and its surroundings.
On the seafront terrace of the former Stephanie Sea Resort, the ensemble created by the artist and promoter Katoi Wa Tabaka transports you to an African evening that contrasts with the international specialties of Tamu cuisine that only Kes. 1200 sets up a respectable dinner (drinks not included)
An opportunity not only to discover an interesting local proposal, but also a place renewed in the sign of meltin' pot and meeting.
