This is Tamu Beach, the former Stephanie Sea Resort, which officially opens its "aperidinner" evenings on Sunday evening, which are in fact real buffet dinners with live music by Maestro Marco "Sbringo" Bigi, including jazz, timeless Italian song and international classics.
On the tables of Tamu, also renovated as a hotel, by the pool or in case of bad weather in the large dining room, will alternate salads of land and sea, appetizers, two first and many other surprises, with the organization of the new host Maurizio Ciorra, already animator a few years ago of the evenings "aperidinner" of places like La Malindina and Paparemo Beach.
