An Easter of music and beauty from Africa and good things from Italy at Olimpia Beach Club in Malindi.
For the holiday weekend, the Casuarina beach club offers three evenings of sounds and colors in tune with the desire to be together and share pleasant moments. Saturday, April 8, features the Mijikenda Jazz Band, led by singer and entertainer Katoi Wa Tabaka. The Afro-sound of the Kenyan coast will provide the background to the dinner, with the special offer of oysters and prosecco at a unique price. On Sunday, for Easter dinner, while the Olympia hosts a fashion show with Kenyan models, all diners will be offered a slice of dove at the end of dinner. Finally, for Angel Monday, the Mijikenda Jazz Band returns to the venue's stage to close the long weekend on a high note with the authentic sounds of Malindi's ethnicity and the many specialties, Italian and local, from the Italian restaurant.
