The Olimpia Club in Malindi reopens its beach bar and restaurant today after only one week's closure for the low season and prepares to welcome residents and tourists again. The cosy poolside venue on the shores of the Indian Ocean in Casuarina will be open for lunch and dinner every day, with well-known specialities, including fresh oysters from Kilifi and new arrivals from Italy, pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and traditional dishes from home or revisited thanks to the goodness and freshness of Kenyan products.
In the evening, in the pleasant and convivial atmosphere of the historic Malindian meeting place, live music by Max Pupillo will brighten up the dinner.
