Wednesday at the Tangier Lounge is now a "cult" evening: not only for Chef Diego's custom of presenting his piglet cooked in the wood-burning oven after having been treated and worked by him personally, but for the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant on the Malindi seafront that combines vintage and Italian background music with lively after-dinner deejay sets and always some surprises. But since, as the old proverb says, nothing is thrown away about the pig, Diego has started to produce sausages, which are offered every evening on the menu of the Tangier, cooked on the grill with the accompaniment of sauces and side dish of your choice. The sausages can also be purchased separately raw, takeaway. From this week, in addition, the new larded crocodile skewers...to try!
