Friday at the Malindina is always gourmet aperitif time: from 7.30 p.m. onwards, there will be an abundance of delicious dishes, tasty morsels and snacks at Kes. 1600 with a glass of sparkling wine included.
This week's menu includes: meat samosas, rice balls, meat and vegetarian lasagna, aubergine parmigiana, grilled lobster, mango and pineapple with cinnamon.
From this Saturday, the other regular event in the historic Malindsian lounge will be the Swahili Night with traditional menus and music.
From 7.30 p.m. onwards, there will be entertainment with Swahili dances and a menu with meat and vegetable samosas, beef skewers with polenta, biryani rice with chicken, grilled meat, chapati, kachumbari salad and banana fritters.
For those who wish to attend the dance show, admission is free, for the dinner Kes 1,500 drinks not included.
