The new management of the Tangeri Lounge, a restaurant with a terrace on the promenade of Malindi, is making itself appreciated for its delicious meat, with cuts and recipes by the Italian-Argentine chef Diego, and for the pleasure of stopping after dinner, including exclusive DJ sets and surprise guests. An ideal setting to combine excellent cuisine and attentive service with the art of meeting. On the occasion of the week of Italian cuisine in the world, Chef Diego invites to the "temptations of meat", offering a tasting menu based on Albanian meat tartare, Milanese risotto in the manner of Artusi, with saffron from Monferrato. But the main course is undoubtedly the second one: you can choose between the classic barbera stew with polenta or the Fassona fillet with rosemary potatoes and black Cyprus salt.
