Jubilation of shrimp and freshly caught shrimp in the gastronomic Saturday of the Diamond Dream Of Africa.
This week resident chef Giacomo Gaspari has prepared a special menu at the L'Onda restaurant on the Indian Ocean shore where the shrimps will play their part, along with international cuisine and fusion creations with the touch of one of the ambassadors of Italian cuisine in the world:
Start with a shrimp appetizer in guacamole and one of Gaspari's cult chefs, a must try for those who have not yet tasted it, the tuna tataki with soya sauce, buffalo mozzarella and jalapeno.
The first course is another journey into a new flavor, spaghetti with raw shrimp sautéed in a rocket emulsion. Followed by other specialties that make Saturday lunch on the beach a mouth-watering appointment not to be missed at a special price: pasta with eggplant parmigiana, grilled fish and meat, pizza tandoori and various side dishes from the buffet. With a grand finale of dessert: Coconut Macaron in passion fruit meringue. Lemon tulip with chocolate mousse and assorted ice cream.
Lunch will be accompanied by live music by the singer Pendo and will begin at 12.30 until 16.
