Another day dedicated to the hamburger in all its international variations on the theme.
This is the program on Saturday, october 10th at the Diamond Dream of Africa in Malindi, in the delicious restaurant L'Onda on Silversand Beach, on the shore of the Indian Ocean.
By now it is a custom to have a special lunch on Saturday at L'Onda, with the creations of the Italian chef Giacomo Gaspari, who has proposed his fantasy and experience of international cuisine and fusion with sashimi, shellfish and special dishes, as well as desserts and grills.
Here are all the tasty specialties that you can taste:
Classic beef burgers: Sesame bread, chili mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onions and ketchup
New England Style Hot dog Bun: lobster pulp, mayonnaise with celery, shallots, chips and lettuce
English burger: lobster meat divided into two parts with butter, cucumber spaghetti salad with vinegar and French fries
Italian style burger: sweet-salty bread with lobster and tomato pulp, lettuce and basil in extra virgin olive oil with oregano.
Red Crab Burger: crab meat with tomato, lettuce, arugula, mustard mayonnaise
Octopus Black Burger: sweet and salty black hamburger, octopus with anchovy mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, basil leaves
Vegan Green Burger: with spinach, chickpeas burgers and vegetables with soy mayonnaise, salad, onion and tomato rings
Shrimp burgers: Sweet and sour bread, cucumber salad in white vinegar, lettuce and dill mayonnaise.
Chiken Tikka Burger: with marinated and spiced chicken, yogurt and fries.
All served with organic vegetables and fries. Chilli sauce, barbecue sauce and mayonnaise.
