Lobster and chef manu weekend at Diamond Dream of Africa

Saturday gran buffet with Giacomo Gaspari and his creations

Another weekend of haute cuisine with the hand and creativity of Italian chef Giacomo Gaspari at the Diamond Dream of Africa.
The weekend for resort guests will be "alcohol free", meaning that from today in Kenya hotels can resume serving alcoholic beverages without room service.
Taking advantage of this, the Diamond Dream of Africa renews its offer of hospitality for the weekend at a special price, with the possibility for lunch or dinner to enjoy a special menu prepared by Giacomo Gaspari. But even those who do not book a room can try the experience of the creations of an international chef, one of the 100 ambassadors of Italian cuisine in the world.
Saturday at the restaurant l'Onda the party is for everyone and is dedicated to the queen of shellfish, the lobster with a "live cooking" from 12.30 to 16.
Here is what you can enjoy, with a buffet served: Catalan-style lobster with a lime dressing, the famous tuna sashimi with avocado, jalapeno, pineapple and ponzu sauce, lobster spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, potato gnocchi in lobster sauce and cream.
Then the grill with lobster as master but also everything else (chicken, fillet of meat, lamb kebab and fish), pizza tandoori and various side dishes.
To finish, a passion mousse and almond crunchy and a lemon tart with blueberry meringue.
As always, the setting is the fabulous beach of Silversand under the palm trees, with live music and unique atmosphere.
