Not only an excellent and exhaustive mid-August lunch in one of the most exclusive locations in Malindi at a really interesting price, but above all the "artistic direction" of one of the chefs who better represent the excellence of italian culinary art abroad, Giacomo Gaspari, chef of the exclusive Diamond Thudufushi Resort in the Maldives, with his classic and fusion haute cuisine.
This is the programme of the Diamond Dream of Africa for lunch on Saturday 15th August in its enviable location on the Indian Ocean, on Silversand beach.
The one set up by Giacomo Gaspari will be much more than a journey into the senses and flavors, among fish specialties and crudités (carpaccios, sashimi), soups, the classic barbecue of meat and fish, excursion to India to taste octopus curry or spicy crab, but also chicken tandoori and tikka, the inevitable pasta with a tris spaghetti carbonara, gnocchi with gorgonzola and tortelli, tasting pizza, ice creams, sorbet and various desserts.
All at only Kes. 2500 (drinks, of course non-alcoholic in compliance with the Covid-19 rules of Kenya, excluded). Live music from Pendo Band will entertain during the event.
