In the restaurant with terrace on the seafront of the town, Friday is now traditionally the evening where you can taste specialties of some evocative place in the world, thanks to the versatility and craft of the Italian-Argentinean Chef Diego.
This Friday the gastronomy of his place of origin goes on stage: Argentinean cuisine starting with the famous chorizo.
It starts with an aperitif offered by the house, then a single dish consisting of empanadas mistas (the classic South American panzerotti) with chorizo y chimichurri and insalada de papas and humita. Dinner will be accompanied by a musical selection based on tango.
On Saturday evening, by popular demand, the Valencian mixed paella with sangria will be back.
