Two special evenings in Malindi to celebrate the Italian excellence of extra virgin olive oil, paired with another wonderful tradition of our own creation and that the world envies us, opera. Tomorrow evening at Lion in The Sun, Flavio Briatore's retreat, the first ‘Arte Olio’ evening will be staged, a great Italian brand imported exclusively by Vinyasa that presents its new production, with special guests the two Italian tenors Max Barbolini and Claudio Mattioli, who grew up in the Modenese school of Pavarotti, and are gifted with great ability to involve with lightness and professionalism. Starting at 8 p.m., the evening offers a tasting and concert.
It will be repeated the following evening at the Baby Marrow Restaurant, where the à la carte dinner and show will be combined with a tasting.
Obtained in Maremma, in the Tuscan countryside near Braccagni, ArteOlio could be called an Etruscan oil. It is certainly the biggest olive oil investment in Italy in the last 20 years, and certified as one of the best in the world by one of Italy's greatest experts.
There are many ways to promote Italian products abroad and just as many can be invented, especially in Kenya, which is always fertile ground for creativity, as well as development and market opportunities. Certainly, the way chosen by the Italian importer Vinyasa, to combine our music with local delicacies, is one of the most appropriate for us and one that makes us pleasantly proud to be Italian.
